JobProof is run by Digisigns. Questions or requests: danish@digisigns.com. This is a plain summary of what the app stores.

What is stored

Your name, the email or phone you sign in with, your business details and logo, the jobs you create (name, address, notes), and your job photos. Photos are resized on your phone before upload, which removes location and other embedded data.

Your team

If you add team members, we store their name, any phone number you enter, their role, when they were last active, and a record of the jobs they were assigned, completed or photographed. Their employer's account owner and managers can see this. Team member names are not shown to clients. Removing someone signs them out, but finished jobs keep their name as a work record until the job or account is deleted.

Location

A job can hold a location pin. When a team member taps Start job, the app asks for their location once and records it against that job, so managers can confirm work started on site. Starting works without it. The app does not track anyone's location at any other time.

Alerts

If you turn on job alerts, your phone's push service (such as Google's) delivers them. Alerts are encrypted so that the service can't read them. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.

Passwords

Your password never leaves your phone in readable form. It is scrambled on the phone and again on our server, so we can't read it.

Who can see photos

Photos are kept in private storage. They can be viewed from your team's signed-in phones, according to the roles you set, and by anyone who has a client link you created. Client links are long random addresses that are not listed anywhere and tell search engines not to index them. You can turn a link off at any time. Hidden photos are never shown on a link. Addresses and notes are never shown on client pages.

Sharing with others

Data goes to your CRM or automation tool only if you connect one. Hosting and storage are provided by Cloudflare. There are no ads and no trackers in the app. The public website (not the app or client links) counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Deleting

Deleting a photo or job removes it from storage. Settings has a button that deletes your whole account and every photo. See how to delete your account.
