Job photo reports without the paperwork
Writing a report after every job takes time nobody has. When the photos and job details are already captured, most of the report already exists.
Two kinds of report
For your client, the job link is the report: every area, before and after, with your logo. It works on any phone, and there is no PDF to attach.
For your office, the dashboard and CSV export show every job, who was assigned, when it started and when it finished.
What it does not do
JobProof does not create a PDF report today. If your client must have a PDF, you may need a tool built around that, or you can pass job data to your own system through the API.
A good habit
Label areas consistently, and write a short note on anything unusual. Six words at the time beat a long report written from memory at the end of the week.

Can I print a client link?
It is designed for screens, but you can print it from a browser if needed.
Which fields are in the export?
Job, assignee, status, start and completion times, and more. Team activity has its own export.
