Assign jobs to your crew and see them get done

If your job board is a WhatsApp group and a lot of phone calls, you are one missed message away from a missed job. JobProof gives each person a clear list.

For the manager

• Create a job with a due date, location pin, instructions and work list.
• Assign it, or reassign it, in one tap.
• See assigned, open, overdue and completed work for each person.
• Get alerts when work is finished or overdue.
• Export it to Excel.

For the crew

The crew screen is deliberately simple: big buttons and numbered steps, in English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali or Malayalam. They see only their jobs, unless you decide otherwise. Tapping Go to site opens Google Maps with the destination already set.

Getting your team on

Open Team, add a person, and send the invite link by WhatsApp or text. They choose a password on their phone and they are in. The link works once and lasts seven days. If someone leaves, remove them and they are signed out of every phone.
